Reflection 2

Well, I found Odile...and she didn't have any feathers in her mouth, so I don't think there's anyone around who has to bury their owl. She was hiding on a high bookshelf in the library; she's been sleeping on my pile of books near my bed ever since. I've heard of bookworms, but Odile is probably the silliest little bookcat I've ever seen.

It's a good story...it's about a prince who once loved everyone and was loved by everyone. But ravens preyed at the peoples' hearts, changing their love into possessive desire to make the prince solely their own. To save his people from the ravens' influence, the prince fought to strike down the raven of all ravens, the Monster Raven...sadly the prince could not defeat the Raven by himself, and so he used a forbidden power to break his heart apart and seal the Monster Raven away with the shards.

*nods* Yes...but such selflessness was part of who the prince was. It's admirable, giving up everything for the people he cared for.
