I love someone writes about Olive's past; for me, she was a good daughter and sister in the past, and she'd chosen Death because of something bad that happened in her life. Waiting for more <3

And, by the way, if you write about the events taking place in 1985, what year is in your Strangetown (or in whole Simnation) when the game starts (you know, Olive's an elder etc.)?

Well, i'm guessing it would have to at least be in 2026, for Olive to be an elder. 2029 for Willow to be elder too.

(And TS1 is set in 2004 and TS3 in 1979...)

And all neighboorhoods seem to be around the same time. Or at least ST with PV and VV.
Unlike the ones in TS3 who are in diff. timeframes.

I'm not really taking the ages or the years and time periods so very seriously, since none of the ages add up in the game anyway. And we don't really know what 'age' each life stage starts at. I find it very bizarre that Ophelia is a teen a few days away from becoming an adult while Olive is few days from death when you start the game - you'd think that Olive and Willow were both a bit younger. Because if we go on the assumption that Willow is 60 to be an elder, then she was 43 when she had Ophelia, which is very much possible, but not really part of my headcanon. Not to mention the weird plot hole of Nervous being born when Olive was an elder. Grim may be Death, and Olive a witch, but neither of them have the power to reverse menopause. So I sort of just worked out a random system for years and ages. I'm only using the years in this story as an indication of where approximately some of the much older Sims are at in their lives (Lolita and Grim got a millennium worth of memories, after all).
