One Size Loose Shirt - Do you know what the material is made out of or what size it is?

How much is shipping to 29072 for Clear Minnie Mouse Folder and that shirt?

It's a one size shirt, so it supposedly fits all. And I'm not too sure what material it's made out of. The tag just says R.J Story. Sorry. It was my friend's, so I don't really know anything about it.
