What is this Twilight thing people keep talking about on my flist? All I've been able to determine is that the latest book is crap and that there is going to be a TV show (which also looks crap)

What's all the fuss about?

I saw the preview for the movie when I saw the Dark Knight. It looked mega-cheesy and emo. Next!

After the trailer was over I asked my friend next to me if she noticed that the vampire had hair like Donald Trump. She said she thought it was just her, LOL!

The books are actually pretty interesting. I'm excited about the movie ... but I don't go on and on ... I just enjoy them quietly :)

Oh, wow, Twilight. Strong feelings about around that series. I for one can't figure out what the big fuss is. They're fun books, but I swear, that series has the most frakked up moral concepts since Smallville.

I'm completely sick of them, since I just ran a midnight release for the latest book. So tired of Twilight...

As for the latest book being crap... It ended pretty much exactly how I figured it would, and just upped the ante on the previous books with it's craziness and improbable events/endings.

Loads of people on my flist are putting up banners about not wanting to read any spoilers, which strongly reminds me of Harry Potter. Ergo, I'll stay away from it. ;)
