War in the alley

OK! The problem began around Christmas timewhen the geniuses at Bolton Council decide to incourage recycling in the area by having bin collection scheduled so that normal rubbish gets collected every two weeks and recyceled rubbish gets collected every alternative week. Here's how to solve the problem: the night before they get collected put all your rubbish in a nice big pile in the middle of the road. That way if it doesn't get collected you ring the council and complain that the bin men left a load of rubbish in the middle of the road that someone's put there.

IT is a fine idea Dee ;)
The shame is that bin men round here are wasters and can't touch the bin sacks due to health and safety reasons.
Had to pull out around 25 nappies from that God Damn Bin!!! We stuck them in a sack and dumped them back by the house up the road and dumped the rest around the alley. All is back to normal(ish). Feeling pretty sick now :(
