#1 yes, it's Germany's entry for the Eurovision Song Contest in 1979.

#2 This is from the film version of Hair which came out in 1979, directed by Milos Forman. This is my musical, I pretty much know all the lyrics to it. But I'm the first to admit that the story ain't that special but damn I love the music.
