When the husband first got diagnosed with high cholesterol, he looked into fat free cheese, and found that only vegetable based ones were fat free. He almost bought some but our niece, who is vegan, said that vegan cheese was like eating an eraser. Ack.
I didn't mind the texture of the cheese ball so much. It just tastes bad. And I look at it and it has at least 30 ingredients, some of them pretty nasty, and I really question why people think this is a healthy way to eat. Emily informed me that she likes those cheese balls so it's so nice that has a home.
