I've been putting together a professional website for my work and I'd really like to get some feedback on it. I'm no master webdesigner, and weebly does have it's severe limitations, but if there are areas I could improve upon, I'd like your $0.02 on it.

My Adsense account got frozen due to "Suspicious activity". Which to me sounds a lot like "many hits in a few days". I'm appealing, but I imagine they'll take a couple days.
