Don't you hate when you want to express an idea or thought, but know that certain people will read it, assume it's about them or that it's their fault somehow, and then you'd have to go through this whole deal of explaining how it's not about them and apologizing for making them feel bad and that all just seems like way too much work but you've got ( Read more... )

yes. this is deeply hated.

sort of like "P.S.", there should be an abbreviation you can put at the beginning of a statement which deters any reader from assuming it's about their big, stupid heads. maybe "N.A.Y." - Not About You

for example:
N.A.Y. everyone in the universe fucking sucks!!

now, everyone could read that and go "oh, it's okay... it's not ALWAYS about ME!!"
