The anime is still being released in Japan. Episode 23 was just aired this week and thus is not available with subtitles yet. It normally takes somewhere around a week for new episodes to become available with subtitles after being aired.
The mangas are available online, somewhere, but I don't remember where.

Thank you!! I'm not new to anime, so it was a surprise that this series with so much yaoi potential came along with out me noticing. At least now I know that it's newish and that I didn't miss much.
