I know! When I first saw the commercial I called my best friend in a panic asking her WTF was going on. And it's on ABC Family to boot. How lame is that?

Ugh, I asked the same thing. It's very existence coupled with ABC Family can only lead to massive failure. What's more, it's leading an entire new generation to believe that this was the original thing. Unless they show the movie occasionally how will they know?
