Help Please!!!

I was wondering if anyone out there can help me with something! Can anyone tell me how to put my master fic list on the top  my journal without it moving when ever i post a fic or articles? If you know what i mean!!!

It will be a great help if someone can teach mee!!!

i didn't realise that the date can be change until you say so...

can you help me with one more thing! How can i put the banner ontop of the page and change the LJ background using poster or picture?

white is not my type of color...
it too bright...( it made my eyes sore~ i wore spect)
i like dark color....
