Of course this happens in Minnesota. My only consolation is because he was at a hotel in Minnesota, he very possibly could have been from another state. Right? Right.

Even presuming he was legitimately planning to eat the duck, even given that beheading is the traditional way of slaughtering fowl, even going on the fact that we are a wimp society and need to toughen up, he had no business killing that duck. It wasn't his duck to kill.
