I think maybe Henry meant that if God could see what the Others are doing on the Island, God would put a stop to it, and since God obviously hasn't, God can't see the island. IT'S LOGIC.

Darnit! Why must I have a life?

I missed it because I had to study, and last week I almost forgot to watch it and only saw the last 30 minutes.
