Anyways, off to the translation! In this month's issue of Wink Up, the members of Arashi talk about the new song, moments when their heart ~shined~, the concert, and recent things.
Ohno whines about how he can't memorize the choreography, but gets interrupted by a certain Sho xD He even talks about the adorable Tatsuomi (Hiroshi from Kaibutsu-kun; For some reason, Ohno calls him that instead of his real name) who didn't recognize him in one occasion...
●Tell us about the new song. Give us an original catchphrase, too!
It's a song that makes you feel good. I have a feeling that it's beat constantly goes up. When I sing, it makes me feel good. It felt so good singing the 'Nana iro no fureezu' part (laughs). If I were to make an original catchphrase...hmm, a highway. "rainbow highway". Isn't it cool? hahaha. It's something like "I'm running on rainbow highway" (laughs). I want to run on a rainbow highway. It's surely beautiful~ It's surely going to make you feel good.
●Being connected with the new song's "rainbow", tell us a happening where your heart shined.
A story about when my heart shined?
(Beside him, Sho was trying to remember the dance steps)
Ah...I have to remember the steps, too! That's why it's not shining (laughs). I do rehearsals, but I still don't memorize the steps...Ah! The choreography for the solo has been finished yesterday. I've memorized it. There's no choreography yet for the interlude where I dance alone, but...the choreography was transferred to the Jr's who will perform with me so I felt kind of relieved.
●To the people who will watch your concert starting now, tell us something you're excited about!
I think that the Dome will be a little different from the Kokuritsu. Unlike Kokuritsu, it''s be like a "fresh" concert, I think.
(Then, once again, Sho says "Hey, hey~ What's the dance step after this?". After the two of them recall the steps...)
Uhm, I'm excited to do the dance of the new song during the concert. It makes you wonder "will they be able to do it?" (laughs). We're really in that situation right now (laughs). It's like...I can't memorize it at all. Last year's tour was without any new dance steps, so. It's been a long time since I've memorized new choreography. I'm going to practice again tomorrow so I want to perfect it by then! This is really bad...If only I had a mirror, I would be able to dance. I've been doing this for more than 10 years, but I sound like an amateur...saying that it'd be nice to have a mirror during performances (laughs). Well, that's...you know, I'm a pro (laughs). I'll do my best! I'll do my best so I hope everyone enjoys it.
●Recently...
I've done lots of things recently. Uhm...I've watched Hiroshi's (Tatsuomi-kun's character in Kaibutsu-kun) stageplay ("Rody Musical"). It's said to be his first stageplay. He did his best. The director, Kobayashi -san is the same person who directed "Aoki-san Uchi no Oku-san". I've met Kobayashi-san after such a long time, too. I haven't seen Tatsuomi-kun ever since the party when the drama ended, by the way. When I went backstage before the performance...It seemed like he didn't know I was coming. When he saw my face, he didn't recognize me at first.
(He tried to impersonate Tatsuomi-kun's gasp when he glanced twice) He went like "Ah...AH!" (laughs). He said "Good Morning" like the world would end if he didn't. He was so cute. I've also met Machida Shingo. Machida's finished with "Endless SHOCK" and I thought of seeing after a long time. It's really been a while. He was doing fine. It's like...he became the it thing. He was VERY fashionable (laughs). We went to a yakiniku restaurant and just kept on talking and got hyper about stories from the past.
