What?

Could someone please enlighten me on how Kusanagi Tsuyoshi manages to come back so soon after his ~*~scandal~*~? I don't know whether he's been doing his other shows all this while, but I just found out he's doing a drama now. Isn't that too soon?

Well~
it's probably been in planning and production for a longish while and canceling it or replacing tsuyoshi would likely cost a lot of people a lot of money?
Also, no publicity is bad publicity (except in Japan it kinda is ^^;;)

SMAP POWER!

*on food break* food = only way to persuade my body to pull all nighters

Yeah, but still... I would think there would be a more "total ban" a la JJH. That was drugs and this is only public drunk nudity, but still :P.

Haha, I'm neither here nor there with SMAP but your fangirling is cute ^_^.

Drugs... are illegal, and baaaad news in Asia, way more than in the west. Drugs are always the death sentence for any asian celebrity's career, even if it's "only" weed. So goodbye JJH, I won't miss you.
All Tsuyoshi did was get real drunk (which a lot of people do often enough) and then take his clothes off XD unfortunately in public for once. Admit it, in Europe that scancal would've been laughed off in a couple of days, a week tops. Well originally Tsuyoshi has a really good reputation, too.
Also, JJH is not SMAP.

It's not so much fangirling as the simple truth in this case ^^;; The influence SMAP hold in the Japanese entertainment business is enormous. And apparently invincible XD
I'm glad he's back, I was feeling deprived without my normal smasma >.<

I was really DDD: when the news first got out as it really looked like the world as we knew it had come to an end :P, with no SMAP and all.
