As soon as her Transfigurations class had released, Jaci ran through the castle doors and straight for the flower gardens. Transfigurations had always been her worst class, and it had gotten the best of her once again. She had homework to do, and knew she should begin immediately if she wanted to do well, but she needed a break. With a skipping sort of run, she entered the flower garden, dropped her school bag on the first bench she came upon and flopped backward onto the green grass. Since it was cool out, she didn't really expect to be disturbed, which made it the best possible time to gather her thoughts. Comfortably resting flat on her back, legs crossed at her ankles and arms crossed over her chest, she proceeded to do one of the few things that soothed her as much as her books could. She gazed at the clouds.
