((This post is going to be slow-moving due to Meli being computer-less, so whenever you see that it's your turn, please reply so that when Meli is on the phone, we can do the thread!! XD
Please remember that none of the characters other than the ones mentioned above know about the meeting, and this is happening during Hogsmeade, so no one will be passing by to overhear anything.))
The location had two great advantages, one being that the room they were in was absolutely and totally her domain; the second being that the long, winding entrance to said domain was set up so perfectly that, should there have been a single straggler left to overhear them, they wouldn't have been able to at all. But, first and foremost, it was Genie's domain.
She had sent owls out that morning. Sure, the kids would probably be quite unhappy with her choices when it came to the time of the event, but honestly, in her opinion, studying with her by far trumped over Honeydukes, The Leaky Cauldron, or anything else that Hogsmeade offered. Besides, there wasn't a single good place in the area they were allowed to go into that could let them see things like what she was going to show them that day.
So, patiently, she waited. She knew Wes would likely be the very first to show up, which was more than fine by her. Should anyone even dare be a minute late, they might quickly find their way out of her classroom the moment they arrived. But, she assured herself that no one would dare be so stupid.
