Oh Merlin save her. Avis and transfiguration did not mix. Sure, she could transfigure CDs into records for the phonograph in the common room, but that was just about it. She usually had to get someone else to. Needless to say she was a bit embarrassed walking into class. She could just imagine everyone thinking Well well well, what's that bampot gonna' mess up today?

With a yawn, already feeling that horribly tired post-lunch naptime drowsiness coming on, she trudged on into Transfiguration. There was nothing on the desks. . .maybe she actually showed up on a good day today! That, or she'd get a wicked good nap.

Normally, Jackie would be giving Avis tons of encouragement. Tranfiguration wasn't her strongest class either, nor was it her weakest, but she did well in it. After all, she had Charlie - who was much better in the subject - and they helped each other.

But... Jackie just wasn't feeling good. And lunch didn't help. Neither did Potions. She sighed as she entered the class, following in Avis' footsteps. She really couldn't fall asleep if she had to take notes for her friends, and besides... transfigs was an important subject for the Club and she couldn't let them down either. After she sat down and took out her scrolls, quills, and inkpot, she propped her head in her hands and stared forward. Hopefully, the class would speed by...

Walking into class, Tyra took her regular seat. The class seemed to be empty aside from Professor Sullivan and herself. What was happening?

Transfiguration class was usually interesting and fun, but the classroom seemed to be so boring today. "Hello Professor," Tyra said breaking the silence that seemed to fill the room.

Ainsleigh bounced into the classroom after Tyra. She was usually quite bouncy on a morning, so this was nothing new. Grinning at Professor Sullivan and Tyra, she took her seat.

"Morning Professor! Morning Tyra!" Ainsleigh also talked in exclamation marks on a morning. And she wasn't sure why she said good morning to Tyra again, since they'd already said it when they woke up that morning.

Rae walked into her least favorite class, partially because of the teacher and partially because it was one of her worst classes. That didn't mean she didn't put her full effort into the class, because she did. She wouldn't want to be passed up by those Mudbloods just because the subject didn't come naturally to her.

Sitting down in her normal seat, she waited for the class to begin, hoping someone worth while would com that she could talk to.
