Shortly before the clock struck ten, Veronica had arrived in the library with History of Magic books in hand, releasing a deep breath. She wasn't sure what possessed the professor to ask her to tutor Ophelia Ballard in the subject, as it wasn't her personal best (though as a Ravenclaw, she did generally well in most subjects except Defense - her personal worst), but she had agreed. Really, who would have expected her to argue or flatly refuse a request by the professor himself? So, they had mutually set the time for today, when both girls were free in their schedules, and Veronica waited patiently for the other to arrive. She didn't know Ophelia really well, except of course for Mason and Kieran's dislike for her, but as Kieran was bound to exaggerate and Mason was... well, he was Mason, she thought she'd try to be open-minded. Maybe she wasn't as insane as they made her out to be.
