What the bloody hell does a person have to do to get a decent bit of entertainment around here…
That thought played between ears as on Jack Kestrel sauntered her way along some random corridor in the stead of heading off to dinner like most everyone else. She wasn't the type to eat much. Drank plenty, but didn't eat much.
Dark eyes bounced about the hallway, hands shoved into the pockets of slightly crinkled uniform pants. Robes and sweater had been abandoned in the Slytherin common room, leaving the white button-down draped across torso and the emerald and silver tie hung loosely about an upturned collar. Fingers lifted to give that knot another tug, anything to get rid of the slightly stuffy feel that was starting to grow claustrophobic.
The reason for the trek about the school? Lights out wasn’t for another couple...few...several hours, not that she really cared, so why not. A chance to get to know the place a bit more. After six years there were still nooks and crannies undiscovered. That and something to do would be nice…. Could ask Will to borrow that map of his and just simply wander about, see if that passage that led to the Gryffindor dorms was legend or fact. That and the various hidden rooms people used for stashing various goodies and drink-
Oh ho, inspiration!
A pause was given and both brows lifted as an idea was formed. Oh yes… Lips ticked into an amused grin and with a snerk, Jack turned and moved off along an adjacent corridor in a bit of a swagger. Honestly, it looked as if feet would trip into a topple if the swanker wasn’t so dizzily balanced.
