Andra was leaning back against one of her favorite trees, perusing through the Daily Prophet. Today had been, in a nutshell, a pretty good day. She had no classes on Fridays, two study halls sandwiching her lunch, and a whole lazy afternoon to herself. She tugged her robes tighter around herself, grateful for having the chance to go sans traditional uniform beneath her cloak as the wind was a little chilly. Adding to the general feel-good vibe of the day, there were no reported missing or dead people, and the only news was regarding the Muggle Museum. It was as if nothing in the world were wrong for a day!
She leaned back as she finished reading the paper, putting it aside as she looked around for someone to talk to. Days like this meant that she was in a good mood, and not really looking to be alone and thoughtful.
It was a rare occurrence when Andra was chatty and on the prowl for someone to chat with; but it was also something that had happened a bit this week. She'd sat with Keary for a little while earlier in the week, despite his obvious displeasure at her doing so. Usually, he was the only person around who could look at her like that and not make her feel dumb and like she was blathering. She was sure that if it had been anyone else, someone that she hadn't known for seven years, it would have been different.
