Week Name/Date/Time: 'Promises and Plans' / Thursday, October 13th / 8 p.m.
Location: Gil's Quarters
Open To: Terr
Currently Involving: Gil

Gil had just walked into his room, arms full of papers to grade and mail to read. He deposited it on the counter, before walking around and putting on a pot of water for tea. He was sure Terr would be by at some point, and even if she wasn't he could deal with a bit of the soothing liquid.

As soon as things were set, he returned to the counter and leaned over, shuffling through the letters. One from his aunt, one from a bookshop in Diagon Alley letting him know that a book he ordered was in -- fantastic! -- and one that had script he didn't recognize.

His brow furrowed, and he began reading.

Dear Gil,

I've been compelled to write an owl to you, due to some substantial problems that I have been having with my lovely fiancee, Genevieve O'Dwyer. Our relationship has been a bit difficult since I arrived here, much to my utter dismay.

Now, normally I would not burden others with my problems, but I know that my love, Genie, likes to seek the solace of male company when she is hurt. I'm afraid that I've said some things that I'm not proud of, and though I've apologised--

A knock at the door interrupted him, and he looked up with a grin. "Yes?" he drawled, knowing she'd likely get agitated. If it was Terr, anyway.
