It wasn't that Tobias couldn't sleep. But he tended to be a morning person -- or, well, actually, he was more of an 'anytime' person. But he got up early every morning, and generally headed to the library. This morning, however, he'd woken earlier than he'd intended, and so he found himself having to wait in the Common Room until the library opened.
Seeing as it didn't open until 8, he decided that he had a bit of time to catch up on some reading that he'd been meaning to do while not in said library.
He wasn't expecting anyone up this early, so rather than sitting on the traditional chair in front of the fireplace, he'd decided that he would make himself more comfortable. Therefore, he was to be found sitting in the middle of the Common Room floor, three books flipped open in front of him, another three books spread out to the sides, and a small grin on his face.
