Why am I freaking out over modding this? I BLAME YOU. I have like fucking 7 terms of modding under my belt but I'm taking over from YOU, beloved BeiMod.

Position: Daily Prophet Editor Constant Activities: -Respond to comments and PMs. -Add Wicked Whispers and Dear Dumbledore submissions to respective spreadsheets. -Keep userinfo up to date.
(Bi-)Weekly Activities: -Post check-in post for upcoming issue on Tuesday; contact pinch writers if someone says they'll be unavailable. -Post submission post on Thursday; PM writers who haven't checked in to find out if they'll be writing. -Post results to recent activity and post new activity. -After copy editor has edited, put together the issue. Post as private entry to lj to proofread and check formatting, then post to main comm as public post. Break into two posts if lj says it's too long. -Update Flourish banner post with shops used in the issue (just to keep track of the rotation). -Update Wicked Whispers spreadsheet to mark off WW used in the issue.

Position: Animagus mod Constant Activities: -Approve membership -Respond to comments/PMs (especially on re-registration post) -Let applicants know their number and batch
Weekly Activities: none
Monthly Activities: -Run one voting batch- post applications and choose final 4 choices, submit points to System -Run two activities- submit to System for approval, post, tally, submit points -Approve members' essays with banner and add to profile -Update registry (+main list) with new essays -Select Animagus of the Month (person who maxes out/earns most points at all activities; use social posts to determine in the event of a tie), post with banner, and submit to System (50 points). -Post welcome post for new animagi

Sporadic Activities: -Social Posts -Reminders in main comm when participation is low -Hogsmeade activities

Constant Activities: - Approve membership to your community - Monitor Contact post / PMs / email - Monitor current challenge post for questions / entries that don't fit the challenge, etc - Come up with fresh and interesting challenges (search the web for fonts/textures/photos etc)
Weekly Activities: -Submit challenges to the system - Post challenge - Post voting - Post results (and let the current banner maker know its their turn) - Post banners - Submit Points
Monthly Activities: - Making sure all of the things already covered in Constant Activities and Weekly Activities are done.
Termly Activities: -Run 2 banner maker challenges -Run a Hogsmeade challenge (or 2) if you want
Sporadic Activities: - Answer any complaints or questions as they arise - Post some social activities/surveys (I did them both at the end of the term in order to relax - the end of term social post - as well as to help in-coming mods with the Survey Post)
If more than 1 mod, how are duties split: To be honest - I came in
