Lovely color scheme <3 I'm not crazy about the snowflakes (which are lovely, but don't seem to fit him), but pretty nonetheless

The blue snowflakes were the only blue stamps I had at the time. I'm not too happy about it either, but... I haven't made new Seimaden banners since early this year, but I'm taking lots of times to post them. I only have two more to post. Need to make new ones soon.
