In preparation for my journal's makeover (including new icons, the first custom layout ever and a revision of friends lists) that will be implemented in phases over the month of May, I went through the list of friends I have defined and identified journals that have not been updated since March 1, 2005 as noted below:

You layout is FIIIINALLY done.

You can view it here, and the friends page here.

When you're done, go into your journal, manage--->styles--->create. First do the lastn. The code for that is 592143. All you have to do is press create and it'll be there. Second, do the same but for the friends view, style number is 573055. Once you're made those, go to manage--->customize--->modify journal. And then in the drop down menu where you have GENERATOR selected, just select the new styles you've just created. And voila!

Just a couple of small things... under "About:" would you be able to include the text "Daniel. 28. Vancouver. Working in the public sector. Loves radio, pop music, concerts, traveling and the southern California lifestyle." (See comment page from http://www.livejournal.com/users/highwaycruiser/181275.html?nc=9).

Also, if it's not too much trouble could you also add a link for my journal calendar and MySpace.com profile in the same area as Info, Journal, Friends, Icon?

Aaah, sorry I missed that stuff. But as of right now you're the only one who can get into it. If you just go to edit style, and go to the VEEERY bottom box. Toward the end of the coding, you'll see all the writing for "about" and such, and you can just add or edit anything you'd like ;)

I've also given you credit for the layout in my user info page (which I'll be revising the content of soon), and will continue to do so as long as I'm using this layout. :)

Awww cool!! Yeah custom layouts are lots of fun... I can't believe I've gone for over two years and never done anything with my journal, lol.

Take a peek at it now!! I still have to install new user icons and to update my user info page and maybe make a few minor adjustments, but I think it looks really spiffy if I do say so myself. :)

I can't wait to see the new look! And yes, I will update soon! Always the soon. Just getting ready to pack up all my stuff.....and I have too much stuff! Ah well, that's life. I am really looking forward to coming home though. I think that I have found a place to live and it's close to where my house is so it's convenient to get to work and shopping and groceries.

Anyhow, I'm off to go and read in the park. It's a beuatiful day and it's a shame to spend the entire day indoors!

noooooo. booooooooo. i'm so bummed.

i have a midterm on monday that i need to do really well on, so i'm really disappointed. especially considering the fact that KELLY CLARKSON is gonna be there. i was soooo sad when i realized it. =**(

but yeah, DEFINITELY take a million pictures of it and let me know how it went!!! =)
