So it's been a tough year for me when it comes to next gen gaming. I've played by N64 this whole time at college, because Wii has no good games, and even I am a bit tired of Smash Bros. after over 2,000 matches. I waited, and waited, and waited. Awwww, I'm sorry you had to get rid of it. That IS depressing. At least it's Christmas!! :D

And yaaaaaaaaaay PS3... they're super awesome and even I want one.

This is a bit old but I hope you haven't sold it yet.

How about looking for some hidden games Like Mario Galaxy,Metroid Prime 3,De Blob,Warioland and No More Heroes.

Or waiting till games like Madworld, Little King's Story,Dragon Quest X,Punchout, Muramusa:The Demon Blade or No More Heroes 2.

I mean, the Wii has some good games if you look deep enough :X

Yeah, it's too late, I already sold it. XD
I got No More Heros and absolutely loved it. I could wait, or try and explore lesser known games to find ones I like(and I'm sure I would) but when I'd rather play my N64 95% of the time I decide to play video games at college, I just didn't have a use for it anymore.
