Hi Vicky, welcome. I know what you mean about hubbies that don't seem to feel it as much, or understand the emotional toll. For my hubby it is just easier when the baby seems less real, I know he won't get attached to our current baby until it is born in October, because we lost the last one at 14 wks :(

We have all sorts of problems but my obs are always so positive and chipper, to the point where they dismiss my concerns. I know they just don't want me to worry but it isn't something you can just turn off.

Hugs and prayers

*Hugs* Thank you! It is good to have someone else understand!

We lost our first at 13 weeks. He was really excited about that one, and I think he's shut off feelings really until the baby is born, or at least a bit closer. However, emotionally, I could use the support now. :( I have to say the over chipper doctors office really adds to my nerves. lol.

Good luck with yours as well. I'll keep you also in my thoughts and prayers.

Hi Vicky, and welcome!

You know, even though having three miscarriages didn't take an emotional toll on me (this is just me personally; I know everyone reacts differently!), it's still been my experience that "relaxing" through a next pregnancy can be very difficult. I'm 36 weeks now and every time I go to the bathroom I'm afraid I'll see blood on the toilet paper (now I worry about this because of placenta previa; in the beginning I worried about it for miscarriage). It just sticks in the back of my mind all the time. :(

Best of luck to you. We're here for you!

*hugs* Thank you!!

Yea, I'm not at that relaxing stage. I try, but it doesn't work. Best of luck to you as well!! Only a few more weeks to go for you, that is awesome!! I will keep you in my thoughts!

Congrats on your pregnancy. I have PCOS too. I haven't been through nearly as much as you, but after one very early miscarriage I was freaked throughout my entire pregnancy. My goal with my next pregnancy is to RELAX, as much as I can at least. Welcome to the community.

Thank you!! I'm trying to work on that relaxing thing..haha.. not working very well yet! :) It just seems every time I talk to someone they seem to think saying "high risk" and "geneticist" as things that are commenly thrown around. Works on the "relaxing" part!

Thank you again for the welcome, I look forward to getting to know everyone and hearing everyone's SUCCESS stories!! :)
