I've planned and promised and finally completed the blog, explaining the move to London. So, to those that asked, inaccurately off the top of my head:

Ah, so you finally got around to writing it up huh? I guess without me to distract you you can actually get things done for a change. Sorry about that, turns out that from time to time I actually do need to sleep. I know, I found it hard to believe too. :)
I think it will be wonderful. If/when you come back distance is no barrier to friendship. *hugs* i want you to be happy and to grow. (Not always synonymous with each other). *hugs*
I'll come back! I can't imagine anywhere but Oz being home. I might just be a few years. [I joked to my parents that I might find a foreign husband and stay abroad, and they grudgingly accepted that they'd prefer me properly and appropriately married to under their thumb - JUST. But in any case a) finding foreign love is an unlikely and unnecessary scenario and b) if it happened, I'd probably just drag the guy here ;) ]

P.S. Good luck with the Mad Hatters party! I'm sure it'll be awesome :)

Dancing comp went fine. Heang didn't place or anything but she had fun. We convinced two guys to enter beginner Dance-with-a-stranger and both did pretty well. We did lots of staring google eyed at the masters level dancers. And yes it was Ceroc / Modern Jive. :)

Tea Party was good. Just the right amount of people. An interesting mix.
How did Heang go with her dancing comp? What type of dancing was it? I am guessing some type of swing/ceroc thing.
