I bought four rolls of wrapping paper not long ago and was very disappointed to discover late last night that my favourite roll out of the whole lot - the gold, chequered one - has been half used (by Dan, of course) and I haven't used any of it and somehow I've already wrapped all my presents and oh my gosh, how could I not need all that wrapping
