Much like a cockroach, Theo is obnoxiously hard to kill. He's perfectly content on the back lines and much of his fighting aptitude depends on being able to stall the opponent from a distance: taking out enemies with zio spells while alternatively acting as guard dog for the resident scanner/healer, negotiating with demons, or thinking up a plan to suit the situation. What he lacks in speedy/frequent casting and attack, he makes up for in careful planning and aim. If forced to physically engage with a demon, expect him to aim for weak points: joints, eyes, soft tissue, wherever it hurts most. Eventually he'll do more work outside of actual battle insofar as setting up traps and overall strategy, organizing the information to pull it off (mostly info gathered from other teammates, but through bribes and tracking rumors on his end), and cleaning up any loose ends after the fact.
Theo's never been too much of an athlete in his hobbies, and so his physical strength and stamina is pathetic, and probably won't get much better even with the level of running around and fighting he'll be doing. On the bright side, his actual health is surprisingly better than it is back at home since he's no longer smothered by the smog and fumes from Detroit's manufacturing factories.
When it comes to negotiations, expect Theo to be irritated and condescending to most lower-level, non-humanoid, demons, especially if they lack a certain amount of intelligence and he's nowhere in immediate danger from them; once the demons they run into begin to resemble human beings and he realizes he's not dealing with mindless monsters, he'll get more agreeable and professional. When bartering Aequitas will come out, it's scales preventing Theo from purposefully striking unfair bargains with the the targeted demons (to his utmost annoyance) or outright betraying them, but give it enough time and he'll start to use the scales to his advantage as well.
