Do you know how easy it is to just eat the pasta instead of waiting for the sauce to cook? I could eat an entire box of pasta without sauce of any kind, without a fork even. It's an art to eat elegantly with your fingers. Too bad I'm more inclined to act civilized around other people than to just tear up a plate of goodies with fingers and
