Okay so another update to my life, cause really I have nothing much else I can do. This weekend I got my apartment furnished. And after a weekend of stress and putting things together my room looks like a room, starting to become homey at last. I discovered IKEA, which is an amazing place. It's a huge store with so many styles that it's hard

OMG, I LOVE IKEA.

Seriously. The one here has a cafeteria with cheap good Swedish food, and an epresso bar where you can get a latte for a dollar, and they have live music once a week, and I really like their furniture and it's cheap and affordable and every time I go there I feel like I'm coming back to my Swedish homeland. And they have covered parking, and it was even more awesome when my sister was a wee one because they have free childcare during your visit. It is wonderful. I cannot express my deep and pure love for Ikea with words. To fully understnad the full extent of my love, you must come with me to the store and watch me sit on every couch, roll around in all the rolly office chairs, pick up and examine everything in the kitchen department, check out all the pillows for cushy-ness and buy and eat an entire box of Anna'a pepporkakor.

I am so glad to be able to share the Ikea love.

oh man, the cafeteria and the little food shop thing almost killed me. I bought vanilla yoghurt for $1 and these great cookies and I had to be physically restrained from buying some lox. I swear, that place is like a really cheap gormet food shop.

Buy a turtle. Small cages, clean pet, no noise.

It's perfect.
