I'm sure you've heard it from half your f-list by now, but damn, lj's Hanukkah gifts SUCK. In theory, an expand all comments options is great! You know, if it worked consistently. Or in today's case for me, AT ALL. (eta: oh. good. Comments won't expand no matter which way I go about it.) Catching up on lj isn't going too hot, I must say. ಠ_ಠ ( Read more... )

we are snow free! so far. but the power keeps going out this evening, and i am trying to roast things in an electric oven. grr.

The bright blue is bothering me less than it did last night, but jesus, I feel like I need to turn down my screen's brightness! The subject line thing does suck, though and many people on the releases have brought up the loading issues with being forced to scroll through 100+ icons in some cases just to make a comment. (and why are they not in alpha order?? who the hell thought oldest to newest would be most helpful here?)

Suggest you go with spit roast and big fire.

I love my iphone! (except typing on touch screen is a real pain in da butt.)

I keep seeing complaints about changes to comments but I haven't yet figured out what the changes are. So confused. They look the same to me.

So far, there's a different comment box layout when you're replying and when you're choosing an icon (and a brighter, lighter blue scheme overall), no more comment subject lines if you're not on a custom design comments page, no more preview option and an expand all check box (that DOESN'T WORK for me). New comments are also supposed to load on a page without you refreshing.
