Financial aid screws me over once again... The original problem from 2003 plagues me again. The problem of being a "dependent" student is that they only give you $3500 of subsidized financial aid. can you get loans? and pay them off slowly, later? I will end up owing about 20,000 when i'm done and it will take me forever to pay it off, but its worth it.

yeah, there credit based though.. and my credits stretched awfully thin between the wedding, my car, the house, and my credit card. the student loan would push me over the limit.. i hope all student loans are deferred.

I talked to my dad, were going to figure stuff out. Working for Corning, i can get a good deal with Wells Fargo. Just kinda sucks when you FSA calls you up and says "oops! i fucked up and you owe us money! tee hee!"

Here here! ive been paying my own bills since i was 16, out on my own since i was 20, and still i am not "independent" untill im 24. fucking govt..
