As far as the house, things are rolling along fairly well. Think everything is pretty much squared away, and we just need to write a couple of letters explaining that we don't rush into debt and are seriously good people. (HAHAHAHAhahahahahahaha.... well, yeah.)

The seller accepted our offer on the "townhouse" duplex.

Pending approval of our mortgage, and closing, WE WILL OWN HALF A DUPLEX!!!!!!!!!
