see, they won me early on when America could not be understood because he was eating a burger and fries, and China teaching Japan how to write.

Dude, I love this show. SO MUCH. The movie is just like an hour long version of the show. It was perfect. I love how America is portrayed in this series because it MAKES SENSE. Of course, you have to be able to laugh and not take this show seriously to enjoy it. Otherwise you'll just end up pissed off about stereotypes and world history parodies. XD;

YES. SEALAND. HE WAS PRETTY DAMN AWESOME. ENGLAND WAS LIKE BAH SEALAND NUUU DX!

Actually, England and France were pretty buddy buddy in this film. It amused me greatly. (I kind of pair them together just...because...old married odd couple of craziness.) France was...something else.

China and Japan were both pretty great in the movie too! Everyone was great really! There really isn't a character I hate!

I've tried to explain Hetalia to people, but it has to be experienced. And sometimes when international events happen I think, ah, what would that turn out like in ... that way lies madness.

Did it get subbed or did you see the raw?

I watched it raw. Funimation will be releasing it on DVD in the fall of 2011 supposedly, so I am sure their version will be subbed, and that there will also be a dub track.
