*Scourge sits down at the console, the corners of a smile just showing under his moustaches. In front of him, one screen shows this scene going on somewhere in a room on Charr selected for its safety

*Roddy isn't asleep quite yet. He's getting there, curled up on the floor with his little tush in the air, blinking quietly and fiddling with... something on his person. Something that feels like nothing, or rather a portal into nothing.*

*No, not quite nothing. His fingers contact something hard and faceted. Roddy pulls forth from nothing a white crystal the size of his fist, gleaming with its own inner light. His optics dim and he smiles at his little treasure.*

*As his optics drift off, the crystal pulses brightly, and when the light fades Rodimus Prime in all his thirty-foot glory is lying curled up with his tush in the air. He yelps and flails himself up to a sitting position in a flutter of crayon-drawings like a flock of startled, neurotic birds.*

[apprentice_lurk]

*grins a bit* What, that I'm bigger than them or I'm not as big as you? *and if that wasn't proof enough that this really was 'Boots...*

[giri_guy]

*laughs* Both, I think, all things considered. *offers 'Boots a grin, glad she's not looking at him like she expects him to step on her anymore*

[apprentice_lurk]

*the grin only gets wider and she giggles happily. Being stepped on hadn't even entered her head this time around, but a tiny baby robot exploding into a thirty-foot tall grown-up one in a flash of light is a trifle unnerving*

*...can't argue with that. Rodimus is a bit unnerved himself and he doesn't remember being a tiny baby robot, thank Primus for small favors* *offers a hand*

[apprentice_lurk]

*looks at his hand, looks back at Scourge as if asking permission, then ambles over confidently enough and rests her hand on his. Is that what he means, or does he want to pick her up like the other two did?*

[giri_guy]

*Rodimus would certainly like to pick her up, but only with her permission. Until then, the contact is good. He touches his pinkie very gently to her hand.*

[apprentice_lurk]

*takes hold of his fingertip with her hand, smiling up at him trustingly. He can pick her up if he likes, just not too fast. A bit fast is fine, like a fairground ride, but too fast makes her head hurt*
