I find #6 a VERY bad idea. Why would you think you'd be safer in an elevator than a stairwell? Stairwells go up AND down...It gives you 2 escaping routes. Elevators on the other hand have NO escape route until the door opens, but if there is a killer next to you in an elevator, they will most likely grab you and close the door before you realize what is happening.

yeah, but they probably wouldn't, because there is only one exit. They arn't really that spontanious, they plan things out. In a stairwell they can run up or down if someone else comes. In an elevator, they never know if someones going to be on the otherside when the doors open.

Okay i agree some may seem a little on edge, but now take yourself out of OLD LYME and put yourself in say, PHILADELPHIA.

philly has it's sketchy parts, but i have confidence in you jaymie that you'll make it through most likely unscathed. maybe i need to buy you some pepperspray so we can both illegaly own it : )
