Unless Chase has super human strength that he's been hiding thus far.

I think they've established this season that Chase is actually a superior being. In Act Your Age, he left the observation room, packed up the HAZMAT stuff he needed to go to the woman's house, got to her house, investigated her house, gave the cat his Last Rites, checked out the paintings, found the leak, ran across the yard to the other house, sped read the fumigation notice, and called Cameron ALL in the amount of time it took Foreman to cut a semicircle and start a drill.
