Let's head this (pre-)Birthday sulk off at the pass

I know I'm the sort of person who doesn't tell anyone that it's her birthday and then sulks because no one notices. Which is awful as I never remember to tell anyone Happy Birthday anymore. :(

Anyway this post is to convince myself that life is not that bad.
