Ward Leader Applications

St. Mungo's is hiring! We have openings for two Ward Leaders at the moment!

What is a Ward?
Wards are groups of healers and trainees with the same health-related interests. They may conduct (non-points-earning) discussions and present topical posts on their given topic of interest. We encourage members of a ward to get to know each other and to plan activities together that focus on their topic in which all of HiH can participate. Wards are sort of like clubs at hh_clubs in that they will each focus on a specific area and present their own activities. In a way, it is your job as a ward leader to educate the other healers and patients throughout HiH about your topic. PLEASE NOTE: Healers and Healers-in-Training MUST be on your roster to earn points!
What is a Ward Leader?
Otherwise known as the Attendings, ward leaders will be responsible for submitting activities for their ward for approval into the HiH System, hosting the activity (with help from ward members as needed), and tallying and submitting points. The responsibilities of a ward leader are similar to those of a club leader except you will be expected to host ~1 activity per month, and you have your ward to help you. To become a Ward Leader, you must be Healer at St. Mungo's and participated in a minimum of two activities. Ward leaders receive 15 knuts per month salary.
We are leaving it up to YOU to decide what wards you want seen, so if you have a particular interest, apply early. We are only taking six ward leaders.
Attending Responsibilities:
- Must be a Registered Healer
- Come up with one points earning activity a month for your Ward (anyone can participate)
- Maintain your Roster
If a Ward Leader fails to post an activity in a month or update their roster at least once a month, they will be removed from their position.
Healers In Training:
- It is important for your graduation to Healer status that you participate in activities in at least THREE different ward activities
