So it looks like the most popular time/date is Sunday 8/17 at 10pm (I'm making it the earlier of the start time in case some people can say up a little longer). Out of everybody who answered my poll only a couple of people didn't choose this time ( Read more... )

hey what would you think about lets say you as a chaser take on someone who's wanting to play and maybe I don't know.. play chaser together? or something.. that's more what I had in mind as far as them playing.. maybe instead of using IM's use the locker rooms or something so that they can see how it's going on and stuff.. I'm really not sure.. It was an idea.. but I definitely think they should at least watch to get a feel for it. and maybe if they want to be chaser even have insight to the IM convo or something.. ya know?

I'm not sure just watching would help, but I get the locker room thing :) and btw.. you're chaser ;) no worries *grin* *headdesk* oh crap I gotta come up with a seeker search.. BAH! lol

well actually if you could help with the locker room that would be great.. I'm not sure what exactly my control over that is though.. I mean I know I have access to all the locker rooms but leading the puff team is different lol :) I think I'm supposed to be impartial *grin*

And tryouts really depends on how many people are interested in playing. Plus it'd be great just to have backup people in case someone can't play the game then someone else could step in .. ya know?

I was thinking about having a chat room for both teams... that way everybody could be there to ask questions or answer them.

But I made you maintainer or the clawlockerroom... that should give you access to change things.. if it doesn't let me know lol I think technically Sas and I have the ability to change them... but I don't mind letting you do it since I know squat about it :)

Someone mentioned that using the locker rooms would be too much because of all the refreshing they'd have to do. So that's why I thought of the chat room idea.

could you also make an announcement in the claw common room about quidditch? I'm going to be making one in HiH today but see if there are any claws wanting to play next term?

HEY :) honestly right now I'm in the process of changing the rules a bit :) and probably the application so for now.. the best thing is to keep an eye out, and if you can make it to the friendly match.. by all means join the chat or whatever there is and watch the match. :) it's the best way to learn I think.

Keep an eye out for the next match and for the updated rosters, application, and rules post :) they should be out as soon as their approved. :)
