Possibly almost dead

Last night I went to the ER because I had chest discomfort, tingling and pulsing in my extremities, a feeling of doom, and shortness of breath... Basically most of the symptoms of a serious cardiac event

Whoa no! Don't die on us, man. Hope you're better soon. Kinda wishing they hadn't discharged you without a diagnosis.

I'm alive and recovering slowly. Still having trouble breathing and occasional chest discomfort, but I guess it's all imaginary.
