For those following movie spoilers, I think that's from the Slug Club dinner when Harry stands up when she comes up to the table. Hermione tells Harry she's late because of a fight with Dean and Ginny's supposed to have "red eyes" as if she's upset from their fight. Her eyes look red there.

I think she's smiling at Harry standing up for her. :D
