I enjoyed this very much--but it was very, very different from the last thing I read by you which seemed to have more wandlore involved--

I'm not sure I would really call this angsty though--they are dying together and are remembered together after 100 years of marriage. Its something that isn't fluff but that's a pretty good ending in my book.

I liked the use of King's Cross on many different levels--thanks for writing this.

Well, it's the real ending of the story and I tried to make it the best I could for H/G. Yes - I wrote the wand story and this story in the same week. LOL - talk about opposites. Thanks for reading!

I agree with Birlan. Much different from your last story for the other challenge.

I liked this very much. I loved how he stayed with her and how they didn't die together but close. And he went to where he'd first seen her.

I need to write my own for the song fic. I have it outlined. I just need to do it.

Yes, this is very different, but the prompts lead me to angst. Thanks for reading - both of those stories. :)

I'm always glad when I finish one of these challenges - the worst is to have the deadline approach with no idea what to write. With an outline you're halfway there.

First let me express sympathy for the loss of your father. Three years isn't a very long time and it must still hurt. I, too, have witnessed this with my grandmother and mother and perhaps that's why that myth always captivated me. If we could all have storybook endings for our loved ones. . . .*sigh* At least I could do that for H/G.

Thanks for reading and for letting me know what came up for you while you were reading this story. That's a great gift to a writer.

I read the warning and still teared up! This was so lovely, the use of King's Cross throughout to show parts of their relationship was a great idea. I loved this :)

I usually write fluff, hence all of the warnings. I'd rather make readers smile, but it's good to know this story moved you. Thanks for reading!
