This is so cute ! I love H/G taking care of Teddy. The pickle toad reference haha - has Teddy heard Ginny humming her valentine's poetry to Teddy :D

I imagine he might have heard Ginny being teased about this particular poem by Harry or her brothers, or he just managed to come up with it all on his own, not realizing, of course. I like the image of Ginny cleaning or cooking and mumbling on about chalkboard colored hair and pickled toads for eyes, though. :D
