Silverlining Awards: Best of 2009
It's finally here again, folks: the second annual Silverlining Awards. Time once again to recognize all of the wonderful H/G fanfiction and artwork that we've seen in 2009. Now is your time to nominate those you feel deserve to stand out among others for their contribution to H/G.
This post is for nominations only. The mods ask that you only nominate one story or artwork per category. As a reminder, these nominations are for Harry/Ginny fic and art only. Other pairings may be included in the pieces, however the focus should be Harry/Ginny. Any other nominated piece centered around another pairing will be disregarded.
One week from today, February 9th, nominating will end in which the mods will then compile a list of all the nominees so that you can vote on your favorites. Please remember that all categories must be nominated for fics/art in 2009.
We're also bringing back our award for Beta of the Year to share our appreciation for those who help behind the scenes. For this category, we ask that you put their username or link to their LJ/site in the text box and give and brief description of why you believe they deserve to be Beta of the Year.
As this is our second year of hosting the Silverlining Awards, we'll be adding in a new category, Lifetime Achievement (one for Authors and one for Artists). By our definition, qualifying nominees of these two awards, be it author or artist, must have been contributing to fandom for at least 3 years. Any nominees that fall short of that will be withdrawn for the Lifetime Achievement voting.
Also, when nominating, we ask that you follow these instructions.

♥ When nominating art include: artwork link and artist name
You should have enough room in the text boxes to allow for all of the information. If not, please let us know if there are any complications.
Take your time and nominate wisely. Make sure that you acknowledging more than just one author/artist's contributions. And remember to help us spread the word. Happy Nominating!
