Has anyone seen a girl wandering around, probably talking in third person and shouting at the top of her lungs? She's a little strange but cute, so... uh, yeah if you see her mind letting me know?

Her name is Nodame and she's the type of girl that really shouldn't be out by herself, couldn't protect herself even if she tired

She has dark brown hair that's long and straight, about... shoulder length, uh tends to make ridiculous faces when talking, gets really excited easily, or vice versa for being frightened.

You'll probably hear her talking in third person to herself honestly. She's not easy to describe but if you saw her you'd know it was her.

I'm already out looking for her, what with people getting eaten here.
